NEIGHBORHOODS OF PALM COAST
Unlike many developed areas, Palm Coast does not have subdivisions. Our community has neighborhoods, each with its own distinct personality and amenities.

BELLE TERRE- Site of the Belle Terre Swim & Racket Club, with tennis courts, heated 50-meter pool, Nautilus room and Fitness Trail is a focal point of this community West of I-95, where the Buddy Taylor Middle School and Wadsworth Elementary school are located. Forested home sites complement beautiful homes.

CYPRESS KNOLL - (Located at the junction of Belle Terre Parkway & Route 100) This is the site of Palm Coast's fourth golf course. Cypress Knoll borders highway 100 and Belle Terre Parkway. Near Flagler Palm Coast High School, and the newly proposed -35 Acre- New Town Hall Campus facility. The unique location of Cypress Knolls with its newer golf home sites offering convenient access to Flagler County's other major cities, Bunnell and the community of Flagler Beach, with access to a new 100 bed Hospital, Intracoastal bridge and recreational activity on the Sea shore and Intracoastal Waterway.

WOODLANDS- The neighborhood adjoins the Woodlands 3,500 acre conservation area. It also borders the Old King Road entrance to Palm Coast east of the I-95 interchange, one of the most beautiful travel routs in the community. This area has been actively developed resulting in mostly affordable resale homes.

INDIAN TRAILS- (located in the westerly quadrant of Palm Coast) this is one of Palm Coast's fastest-growing neighborhood, Indian Trails is west of I-95 and home of the new K-8 school. The future site of Home Depot...small shops and WalMart.. and is the home for the New Library. Lakeside and fresh water canal home sites are plentiful.

LEHIGH WOODS- Lehigh Woods home sites are within four miles of the country club and Belle Terre's swim & racket club, as well as Highway 100, the quickest route to Flagler's beautiful beaches.

MATANZAS WOODS- (Located in the Northern quadrant of Palm Coast) this community is home to Palm Coast's third golf course and the closest community to the entertainment and atmosphere of our nations oldest city, St Augustine, Florida -- founded in the early 1700's by Spanish Explorers- and is a short drive (25 Miles) away by Rt-95 or scenic A1A. This community boasts of its numerous Golf Course home sites that abound the area.

PALM HARBOUR - ( Our most Easterly quadrant of Palm Coast) In the heart of Palm Coast, The first section to be built by ITT (45'), contains home sites boarded by 23 miles of salt water canals. Palm Harbor boasts many of Palm Coast's community facilities including the shopping center, marina, tennis club, community center, professional office park and four (4) large condominium complexes. A toll bridge connects the mainland to the Hammock Dunes & Ocean Hammock Peninsula and to the Intracoastal highway A1A.

PINE GROVE- To the south of Belle Terre community, Pine grove home sites offer the unique advantages of it’s neighbor community of Lehigh Woods while having close proximity to the amenities of Pine Lakes and Belle Terre and to Highway Rt. 100—Flagler County’s main transportation artery that brings you to the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beaches of Flagler community.

PINE LAKES- Home to the elegant Pine Lakes Country Club and Arnold Palmer designed championship course. Pine Lakes also offer some of Palm Coast’s most beautiful homes, including the popular golf villas and condominiums.

QUAIL HOLLOW- (Southerly quadrant of Palm Coast) – A beautiful community south of Highway 100, where less than two miles east are the Flagler County Airport and Flagler Palm Coast High School & the new Florida Hospital (100+ beds). Bordering U.S.#1 Quail Hollow offers home sites that are affordable and close to beach and highway access.

SEMINOLE WOODS- Also south of Highway 100 and due east of Quail Hollow, Seminole Woods is the Palm Coast community whose entrance is within four (4) miles of the Atlantic Ocean. The wooded home sites here, as in Quail Hollow, are close to Daytona Beaches, yet are a short distance to the newly proposed 35 Acre Town-Government Campus Development and Stores to be developed along highway Rt. 100.
